SHIPPING:
DELIVERY TO UK ADDRESSES
Our shipping rates are as follows:
Orders <£50.00 - £2.75
Orders >£50.01 – Free
All standard domestic orders are sent using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service. Larger/heavier items will be sent using Parcelforce 48 hour delivery service.
Royal Mail Special Delivery and Parcelforce 24 hour services are available on request and will incur and additional charge.
Please note that for some larger, heavier, valuable and multiple items a further postage charge, in addition to the charges stated above, may be payable.
Where an order is placed containing both ‘pre-order’ and ‘in stock’ items it is our policy to wait until all items are in stock before dispatching the order.
DELIVERY TO NON UK ADDRESSES
The shipping rates shown on our site are for delivery to UK addresses only; therefore if you require dispatch to an address outside of the UK please contact us for a shipping quote.
Our International shipping rates are calculated on an individual basis taking into account the size, weight, value and destination of the order.
Where an order is placed containing both ‘pre-order’ and ‘in stock’ items it is our policy to wait until all items are in stock before dispatching the order. If you require items to be sent separately an extra postage charge per dispatch will apply. Please inform us via email if you wish to take up this option.
If a customs form (CN22) is required the value marked on the form will be the sale price of the order. This is not negotiable.
The buyer is responsible for paying all customs and import charges. Kapow Toys is not liable in any way.
DISPATCH
We aim to dispatch orders of in stock items within 1-2 working days (Monday – Friday) of the order being placed. Please note that during busy periods this timescale may be extended.
PRE ORDERS POLICY
Payment is due on all pre-orders at the time of purchase. This is due to regulations which prohibit any UK retailer from retaining your credit card details on file.
A refund is available at anytime up to 15 days before release but a 15% cancellation charge is applicable after this time period.
All release dates are subject to change - all pre-orders are subject to delays and changes which can be out of our hands - please sign up to our newsletter for all updates and changes.
Please note all pre-orders are shown as being ‘in stock’ unless the allocation has been filled, this does not indicate it will ship immediately. For shipping times please pay attention to the due date attached to the product description.
RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns on all items if the following criteria are met:
1) The items must be returned to Kapow Toys in the shape and condition it was sent to the buyer within 7 days of the date of purchase.
2) The item must be returned to Kapow Toys using a registered and insured method of posting.
3) The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs.
Please note that all pre-owned vintage items are excluded from the above policy.
