PRE ORDERS POLICY
Payment is due on all pre-orders at the time of purchase this is due to regulations which prohibit any uk retailer from retaining your credit card details on file, a refund is available at anytime up to 15 days before release but a 15% cancellation charge is applicable and non-negotiable all release dates are subject to change - all pre-orders are subject to delays and changes which can be out of our hands - please sign up to our newsletter for all updates and changes - please note all pre-orders are shown instock unless the allocation has been filled, this does not indicate it will ship immediately - for shipping times please pay attention to the due date attached to the product description.
SHIPPING:
DELIVERY TO UK ADDRESSES
We send all items using Royal Mail Recorded and Special delivery or Parcel Force. Our shipping rates are shown below.
Flat rate shipping of £2.75 within the UK - orders over £50 are sent free of charge.
Please note that for some larger, heavier, valuable and multiple items a further postage charge, in addition to the charges stated above, may be payable.
DELIVERY TO NON UK ADDRESSES
Please contact us for a quote as rates shown on the site are for delivery to UK addresses only. Shipping rates for delivery to non UK addresses are calculated on an individual basis taking into account the size,weight, value and destination of the order. We ship to non UK addresses using either Royal Mail International Signed For or Parcel Force.
Please note, when purchasing goods from Kapow Toys for delivery outside of the UK the buyer will be responsible for all customs and other charges incurred. Kapow Toys are not liable in any way.
RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns on all items if the following criteria are met
1) The items must be returned to Kapow Toys in the shape and condition it was sent to the buyer within 7 days of purchase
2) The item must be returned to Kapow Toys using a registered and insured method of posting
3) The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs with the original postage cost being non refundable
4) Items excluded from our returns policy are all pre-owned items.
