SHIPPING:
DELIVERY TO UK ADDRESSES
Our shipping rates are as follows:
Orders <£75.00 - £3.50
Orders >£75.01 – Free
All standard domestic orders are sent using Royal Mail. Larger/heavier items will be sent using Parcelforce 48 hour delivery service.
Royal Mail Special Delivery and Parcelforce 24 hour services are available on request and will incur and additional charge.
Please note that for some larger, heavier, valuable and multiple items a further postage charge, in addition to the charges stated above, may be payable.
Multiple shipments from the same order will incurr a charge of £3.50 per shipment. Re-delivery of items will be charged at £3.50 per attempt.
CHRISTMAS POSTING
The final posting dates for Christmas are as follows for UK mail
Royal Mail 1st Class - Tuesday 20 December
Parcelforce 48hr Express - Wednesday 21 December
Parcelforce 24hr Express - Thursday 22 December
Please note that unless requested by customer or notified by Kapow Toys UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class post.

FOR SHIPPING TO NON EUROPEAN COUNTRIES PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO PURCHASE.
WE ONLY ACCEPY PAYMENTS VIA PAYPAL FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE EUROPEAN UNION. THE PAYPAL ADDRESS MUST BE 'CONFIRMED' AND MATCH BOTH THE BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS STATED .
Multiple shipments from the same order will incurr an additional charge. Re-delivery of an order will be charged at the postage rate paid on the initial order.
We do not ship to the Far East .
CHRISTMAS POSTING
The final posting dates for Christmas are as follows for non-UK mail:

Central & South America, Caribbean, Africa, Middle East, Asia, Australia, New Zealand - Monday 5 December
Eastern Europe, USA, Canada - Friday 9 December
Western Europe - Monday 12 December
All undelivered items that are returned to sender will incurr a charge equal to the original postage charge paid should the receipient require the order to be re-sent.
DISPATCH
We aim to dispatch orders of in stock items within 1-2 working days (Monday – Friday) of the order being placed. Please note that during busy periods this timescale may be extended.

Payment is due on all pre-orders at the time of purchase. This is due to regulations which prohibit any UK retailer from retaining your credit card details on file.
All release dates are subject to change - all pre-orders are subject to delays and changes which can be out of our hands - please sign up to our newsletter for all updates and changes.
Please note all pre-orders are shown as being ‘in stock’ unless the allocation has been filled, this does not indicate it will ship immediately. For shipping times please pay attention to the due date attached to the product description.
RETURNS POLICY
If you wish to return an item please contact us via telephone or email giving your name, order number and reason for wanting to return the item. All items must be returned within 7 days of receipt and vintage/pre-owned items are exempt from returns.
If you are returning an item that was sent to you in error we will cover the return postage costs by way of refund to your Paypal account or debit/credit card upon receipt of the item. The item must be returned to us in the condition it was received and in suitable outer packaging.
If you are returning an item that is damaged please send us (via email) a photo of the damage prior to returning the item, you must also have made the delivery officer aware of the damage before signing for the item, in cases of extreme damage we recommend you refuse the parcel entirely. In the event of very minor damage/factory faults to the item/out packing box we may not accept returns or cover return postage costs.
WE DO NOT REFUND ON ANY ITEMS BROKEN WHILST BEING USED OR PLAYED WITH - THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE.
All items must be returned via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service. In the event of an item being sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery or any other method that is more expensive than Royal Mail Recorded Delivery the value refunded (providing the above criteria is met) will be equivilant to Royal Mail Recorded Delivery only.

Kapow Toys LTD reserves the right to cancel all orders without notice - multiple orders of the same item will be cancelled if prior arrangement is not sought - we seek to protect our customer base from secondary market dealing giving everyone a fair chance to obtain the products they want upon release.
