Card and payment details are NOT stored anywhere. Please do not ask us to as we cannot under NEW UK regulations and rules regarding selling on the Internet. You will need to re-enter your card details for every order you place on this site.

Kapow Toys will only use the Customer's personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1988. We will not pass the Customer's personal information on to anyone. Kapow Toys will not distribute the Customer's personal information to any third party with the exception of law enforcement agencies.

By ordering from Kapow Toys, the Customer is agreeing to be emailed by Kapow Toys with information about future products, offers and events. Should the Customer not wish to receive this information, they should Unsubscribe from the newsletter list.

The Customer may review or change their personal information at any time by loggin into their account.

Marketing and Statistics
Kapow Toys will NOT share any customer information with any 3rd parties.

Kapow Toys reserves the right to use technology to track the behaviour patterns of visitors to this website. This can include the use of a 'session' cookie that the Customer's browser will store. The cookie is temporary and enables this website to remember the Customer's details such as Shopping Basket contents. It will be erased when the Customer leaves this website.
